Exporting Uncertainty Results Data

The source data can be extracted for an Uncertainty results graph by right-clicking on the graph and selecting Copy Data to Clipboard. A dialog will be displayed that gives options for which results items are included and how the data will be formatted.

The dialog allows selection of the cost categories to be included in the results data table, the orientation of the table (if more than 16,000 replications have been run then a horizontal orientation table will be split into blocks of up to 16,000 data values), the sorting of the data into replication order of cumulative probability order, and which header labels to be included.

Cumulative Probability order is the standard way of exporting data since this has the data in the correct order for constructing an S-Curve graph. The Replication Order allows results to be viewed in the order that they were generated and is useful for identifying results generated in the same run for multiple cost output categories.

The summary statistics can also be copied to the clipboard by right-clicking on an Uncertainty results graph.  A cut down version of the options dialog will be displayed allowing the cost categories to be included and the orientation of the table.

The Percentile Table shows the selected cost item broken down into 5th percentiles. The right-click menu on this table has options copy the table to the clipboard (via an options menu), or copy the summary statistics to the clipboard. Each of these options uses a cut down version of the options dialog will be displayed allowing the cost categories to be included and the orientation of the table.
